Orange Muffins

Sorry for not posting for a few weeks 'cuz I started having many tests and stuff. There is not one week I don't have a test. And I was having common test 1 for this year since Monday up till Wednesday. So my table basically looked like that every time. Books, notes, water bottle, coffee, mints.....

And yesterday right after the common tests ended I decided to make muffins for a friend. Only to find out that he isn't gonna be free for the next one week...... Anyway here's how I did it. The recipe is one that I found online.

If you have already seen the recipe, I didn't add the 2nd part. After baking this I made a promise to myself that this year, I'll make a cheesecake, an apple pie and a few more goodies! I started baking since I was 9 'cuz that's when my mum started too. I always sat aside and watched her, sometimes helping her too.
